one on coaching

On a very simple level, I coach people through nutrition by teaching them how to track their macros and then hold them accountable to keeping them! Don't know what a macro is? That's ok! We will go over everything you need to know!

Anytime you have a goal in mind - whether it be a sales goal, to run a marathon or a weightloss goal - you have to track where you are and where you're going to know if you're on track to reach your goal - otherwise, you're just hoping that it works out!

Tracking macros allows us to know exactly what we're intaking but it opens up a world of food to enjoy during the process - no crazy restrictions here!

Expected Commitment is
8 weeks. 

How it works:

  • Initial one-on-one call: On this call, we will go over lifestyle, expectations, tracking, meal prepping, eating out, alcohol, exercise etc. and work to set up your macros.

  • We will check in 2-3x a week over text and/or phone call.

  • We will have 2 progress check-ins (after the first 4 weeks & at the end of the 8 weeks).

  • You will send me your macros daily!

Included in this program: 

  • One on One coaching

  • Personal Check in 2-3x a week (mostly through texting -but can always set up a call if needed)

  • Macro set-up based on personal goals

  • progress check ins every 4 weeks (2 of these in total) 

  • Grocery list

Your macros will be set based on your goals, activity level and current weight. I will teach you how to track, so no worries if this intimidates you!

We'll go over grocery shopping/lists, meal prepping and how to prepare for your day to day.

My approach to nutrition is a focus on a healthy relationship with food - creating long term, sustainable change. It's a slower approach and definitely not a "lose weight fast kinda diet". I'm a big believer in eating all types of foods - including carbs. I'm a big believer in balance, but also learning how to fuel your body with clean, whole , nutrient dense foods. A BIG part of this program is meal prepping and eating at home! If you don’t know what goes into your food, its impossible to track what you’re intaking!

** We will be using myfitnesspal and you will need to purchase a food scale for this program**
